Welcome to Scottsdale Complete Details. These terms outline the professional standards and mutual expectations for our mobile detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating services. By booking with us, you enter into a binding agreement based on the following professional protocols.

1. Professional Identity

Scottsdale Complete Details operates as a premium mobile automotive restoration service based in Scottsdale, AZ. We specialize in "Psychology-First" detailing, where every service is performed to enhance both the aesthetic value and the long-term investment integrity of your vehicle.

2. The Technical Audit & Vehicle Condition

  • Pre-Service Documentation: Prior to any restoration, our technicians perform a comprehensive surface audit. We document pre-existing clear-coat failure, deep scratches, rock chips, and interior wear.

  • Safety & Integrity: We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle’s paint is too thin for correction or if interior materials are too brittle to withstand deep cleaning without further damage.

3. Mobile Service Logistics

  • Site Requirements: The client must provide a private, off-street work area (driveway or garage) where we can safely operate our 100% self-contained units.

  • Deionized Water & Power: While we carry our own specialized water and power, the workspace must be clear of obstructions to allow our team 360-degree access to the vehicle.

4. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

  • The 48-Hour Standard: Our schedule is optimized for high-intensity projects. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any scheduling changes.

  • Premium Project Deposits: For multi-stage paint correction and ceramic coating installations, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. This reflects our commitment to dedicating a full day of precision labor to your vehicle.

5. Performance Expectations & Paint Correction

  • Variable Outcomes: Every automotive finish is unique. While we aim for a "factory-plus" finish, deep defects that have penetrated the base coat cannot be corrected through polishing.

  • Chemical Curing: For ceramic coatings, the client must adhere to the specific curing window (e.g., avoiding chemical washes or irrigation overspray) to ensure the coating’s bond reaches its rated hardness.

6. Liability & Personal Assets

  • Inventory Removal: Please remove all personal belongings, including electronics, sunglasses, and loose currency, prior to arrival. We are not liable for items left within the cabin.

  • Mechanical Status: Scottsdale Complete Details is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, battery drain from open doors during interior detailing, or brittle plastic clips common in older luxury models.

7. Climate & Safety Adjustments

In the event of extreme Arizona heat (ambient temps exceeding 110°F) or heavy monsoon storms, we may reschedule your service to ensure the chemical integrity of our products and the safety of our technicians.

8. Satisfaction & Acceptance

A final walk-through is performed upon completion. Acceptance of the vehicle at the time of service, or failure to report a concern within 24 hours, constitutes final approval of the work performed.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. By finalizing your booking, you confirm you are the authorized owner or representative of the vehicle.
